Normalmente se centran en nuestra salud f\u00edsica, comer mejor, hacer m\u00e1s ejercicio, etc.  Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tal si nos proponemos algo que se centre en nuestro bienestar mental?  \u00bfY si nos propusi\u00e9ramos tener una mentalidad m\u00e1s positiva? A medida que nos adentramos en un nuevo a\u00f1o con los diversos factores de estr\u00e9s que todos seguimos encontrando, es m\u00e1s importante que nunca que aprendamos a centrarnos en lo que podemos controlar e inclinarnos por el optimismo y la positividad.<\/p>\n<p>Si alguna vez se ha obsesionado con lo que est\u00e1 mal en su vida o con un error que ha cometido, no est\u00e1 solo. Las personas tienden a prestar m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a los acontecimientos negativos que a los positivos, aprenden m\u00e1s de los resultados o experiencias negativas y toman m\u00e1s decisiones basadas en informaci\u00f3n negativa.  Esto se debe a la ciencia biol\u00f3gica: nuestro cerebro procesa m\u00e1s activamente la informaci\u00f3n negativa y, por lo tanto, puede moldear m\u00e1s nuestras actitudes y comportamientos.  (Verywell Mind, abril de 2020)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-11086\" src=\"https:\/\/candorhealthed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Self-Talk-Jan2022-907x907-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Aunque el cerebro humano tiende naturalmente a centrarse en lo negativo, las investigaciones demuestran que el pensamiento positivo puede cultivarse.  He aqu\u00ed algunas estrategias de eficacia probada para \"entrenar\" al cerebro a centrarse en lo positivo:<\/p>\n<h5>Autoconversaci\u00f3n positiva<\/h5>\n<p><strong>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 se trata?<\/strong> Todo el mundo habla de s\u00ed mismo, es nuestra voz interior que a menudo \"o\u00edmos\" aunque no diga nada en voz alta.  Practicamos la autoconversaci\u00f3n positiva cuando nos centramos en nuestros puntos fuertes y vemos las cosas con una actitud optimista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se practica?<\/strong> Escucha lo que te dice tu voz interior.  \u00bfHay alguna prueba de ello?  \u00bfQu\u00e9 le dir\u00eda a un amigo en una situaci\u00f3n similar?  En lugar de decir \"nunca podr\u00e9 hacer esto\".  Preg\u00fantate: \"\u00bfHay algo que pueda hacer que me ayude a hacerlo?\". Intenta hacer una lista de las cosas que se te dan bien y col\u00f3cala en alg\u00fan sitio donde la veas a diario.<\/p>\n<h5>Reformular la situaci\u00f3n<\/h5>\n<p><strong>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 se trata?\u00a0 <\/strong>Es el momento en el que reflexionas sobre lo que ha ocurrido y lo pones bajo una luz m\u00e1s positiva.  Reconoces que no puedes cambiar lo que ha ocurrido, pero lo asumes y sigues adelante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se practica?\u00a0 <\/strong>Haz una reevaluaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n.  Piensa qu\u00e9 aprender\u00e1s o qu\u00e9 ganar\u00e1s al atravesar una situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil. Por ejemplo, la pandemia ha sido dura y estresante a veces, pero \u00bfcu\u00e1les han sido algunas de las cosas buenas que han surgido de ella, como m\u00e1s tiempo con la familia y horarios de trabajo m\u00e1s flexibles?  \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los puntos fuertes y los conocimientos que hemos adquirido en una situaci\u00f3n y que podemos trasladar a situaciones futuras?<\/p>\n<h5>Gratitud<\/h5>\n<p><strong>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 se trata?\u00a0 <\/strong>La gratitud consiste en apreciar las cosas buenas de nuestra vida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se practica?\u00a0 <\/strong>Lleva un diario de agradecimiento y escribe cada d\u00eda las cosas por las que est\u00e1s agradecido.  Conc\u00e9ntrate en tus sentidos. Gracias a nuestra capacidad de ver, o\u00edr, tocar y saborear, apreciamos todas las maravillas que nos rodean.  Comparte tu gratitud con los dem\u00e1s: dales las gracias y hazles saber lo que aprecias de ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Los estudios han demostrado que, si se hace un esfuerzo consciente por centrarse en lo positivo, se mejora la autoestima y se es m\u00e1s capaz de superar los retos de la vida.  El pensamiento positivo tambi\u00e9n tiene otros beneficios para la salud, como la mejora del sistema inmunitario y la disminuci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad.  As\u00ed que, cuando te propongas tus objetivos para el nuevo a\u00f1o, te animo a que tengas en cuenta estas sabias palabras del Dalai Lama:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>\"Es muy importante generar una buena actitud, un buen coraz\u00f3n, en la medida de lo posible.
