En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, salir y mantenerse activo ha sido extremadamente dif\u00edcil debido al COVID 19 y al cierre de lugares como instalaciones deportivas y gimnasios. El sitio <em>Directrices de actividad f\u00edsica para los estadounidenses<\/em> (Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos de Estados Unidos, 2018) recomienda 60 minutos o m\u00e1s de actividad f\u00edsica de intensidad moderada a vigorosa cada d\u00eda. Cada semana debe incluir tres d\u00edas de actividades aer\u00f3bicas (como caminar o montar en bicicleta), tres d\u00edas de actividades de fortalecimiento muscular (como escalar o hacer flexiones) y tres d\u00edas de actividades de fortalecimiento \u00f3seo (como saltar, correr o deportes que requieran un cambio r\u00e1pido de direcci\u00f3n).
