Las actividades de enriquecimiento destinadas a complementar el plan de estudios son tan importantes como siempre, pero su realizaci\u00f3n ha tenido que racionalizarse para que quepan en el escaso espacio que se les asigna.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, muchas escuelas han dejado de lado las excursiones para mejorar su plan de estudios y han optado por organizar programas en el aula. Los conferenciantes invitados ofrecen ventajas similares a las de las excursiones, ya que aportan nuevas perspectivas, variedad y otro nivel de conocimientos.  La presentaci\u00f3n en la escuela no s\u00f3lo ayuda a los centros a ahorrar dinero en transporte y tiempo de un programa meticulosamente organizado, sino que se ha demostrado que beneficia a las escuelas y a los estudiantes de formas adicionales e inesperadas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La formaci\u00f3n en la escuela ofrece a los ponentes la oportunidad de conocer a los alumnos y profesores en su propio terreno. Al observar las circunstancias y los entornos de aprendizaje de los alumnos, los presentadores pueden comprender mejor sus necesidades.<\/li>\n<li>Las aulas suelen estar formadas por alumnos con distintos niveles de comprensi\u00f3n y rendimiento acad\u00e9micos.
