Como parte de un plan para aumentar la sostenibilidad de la organizaci\u00f3n y mejorar la programaci\u00f3n y el impacto, nos complace anunciar el ascenso de Barb Thayer al puesto de Directora Ejecutiva. Esta reorganizaci\u00f3n, que incluye la eliminaci\u00f3n de tres puestos ejecutivos y uno de gesti\u00f3n intermedia, permitir\u00e1 racionalizar la plantilla y garantizar que el RCC prospere y crezca en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

McMahon dijo de Thayer: \"Barb ha sido parte integrante de nuestro equipo directivo y de todo el trabajo que hemos realizado. El presidente de la junta directiva de la organizaci\u00f3n, Brian Hammersley, se refiri\u00f3 al CEO saliente, McMahon: \"Durante el tiempo que estuve en RCC, tuve el placer de trabajar estrechamente con R.J. Su energ\u00eda y pasi\u00f3n por la organizaci\u00f3n fueron fundamentales para la modernizaci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n. Hizo grandes avances en la uni\u00f3n de la junta y el liderazgo detr\u00e1s del impactante Plan Estrat\u00e9gico 2017-2019.
