Gracias, Jessica, por tomarte el tiempo de compartir tus pensamientos.<\/div>\n<p><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>\u00bfPuede hablarnos de su experiencia y de c\u00f3mo empez\u00f3 a colaborar con Candor Health Education?<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 Me gradu\u00e9 de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Connecticut con una licenciatura en periodismo y nutrici\u00f3n, y en 2012, volv\u00ed para mi maestr\u00eda en educaci\u00f3n para la salud. He estado ense\u00f1ando salud durante unos 7 a\u00f1os en 3 estados diferentes y siempre he ense\u00f1ado en el nivel de la escuela media. Conoc\u00ed Candor cuando consegu\u00ed mi primer trabajo como profesora en Illinois y siempre tuve la esperanza de trabajar en un distrito escolar que estuviera asociado con ellos. No hay una organizaci\u00f3n como Candor en los otros estados en los que he ense\u00f1ado y es maravilloso tener una organizaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 tan comprometida con la educaci\u00f3n para la salud como yo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>\u00bfA qu\u00e9 programas de Educaci\u00f3n para la Salud Candor han asistido sus alumnos?  \u00bfC\u00f3mo complementan estos programas su plan de estudios de salud?<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 Mis alumnos asisten a los programas SBD, TSH y SEL en secundaria. Los programas son muy complementarios, ya que cubren una gran cantidad de informaci\u00f3n, lo que me permite diversificar con actividades, tareas y juegos antes y despu\u00e9s de los programas. Tambi\u00e9n incorporo el trabajo previo y posterior en mis clases, antes y despu\u00e9s de que los educadores hablen con mis alumnos. Puedo cubrir m\u00e1s temas en un a\u00f1o normal a\u00f1adiendo las lecciones de Candor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Usted ha acogido programas de Educaci\u00f3n para la Salud de Candor en su aula durante varios a\u00f1os, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo que encuentra particularmente impactante para sus estudiantes?<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 Los estudiantes se entusiasman con estos programas no s\u00f3lo porque los temas son relevantes e interesantes para ellos, sino porque es emocionante para ellos tener un orador invitado en clase y poder aprender de alguien que no es tu profesor de todos los d\u00edas. Los educadores de Candor conectan de maravilla con los alumnos tanto en persona como en el formato en l\u00ednea, son animados y emocionantes, a\u00f1aden sus propias historias personales a la mezcla y tienen un gran sentido del humor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>\u00bfCree que los m\u00faltiples puntos de contacto que tienen los estudiantes con el contenido del programa al utilizar un enfoque de aprendizaje combinado ha mejorado la experiencia de los estudiantes?  En caso afirmativo, \u00bfc\u00f3mo?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>S\u00ed, por supuesto. En nuestro distrito, los estudiantes comienzan las lecciones de Candor en la escuela primaria, as\u00ed que cuando llegan a la escuela secundaria, est\u00e1n ansiosos por ver lo que Candor les aportar\u00e1. Muchas veces, no s\u00f3lo recuerdan las lecciones y la informaci\u00f3n de a\u00f1os anteriores, sino tambi\u00e9n a los educadores.
